Our humble beginning
A practice built on trust in Germantown.
Sky Medical has been serving the Germantown community for over 50 years, offering medical and rehabilitation services from our home on Chew Avenue in the heart of Philadelphia.
Founded by renowned Dr. William M. King, D.O. as Demarco Family Medicine, the practice was later acquired by Dr. Onyema O. Anakwe, D.O., Ph.D., who worked alongside Dr. King for over a decade after Dr. king's retirement. Dr. Anakwe went on to serve Germantown community for more than 25 years.
In the summer of 2025, Dr. Paul Lewis Ezeukwu, MSPT, DPT acquired the practice from Dr. Anakwe, after his retirement assisted by Dr. Virginia Dennis, DNP, FNP-C. Together they continue a legacy of compassionate care for patients across Philadelphia — including those recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, slip and fall incidents, and chronic conditions.
